Under the Hammer ROSEBERY

Pinnacle Plus was asked to create a contemporary and state-of-the-art auction room for Matt Shalhoub, principle behind Under the Hammer Auction House.

The space utilises a cool neutral palette incorporating plenty of different textures including timber, stone and tile to create warmth and depth in the room. Unique architectural details like the privacy screen and recessed lighting create a real sense of luxury and purpose.

We designed a fully automated system which controls all lighting and AV using an iPad, allowing for a seamless integration of technology into this room that can be revealed and hidden as necessary.

Additional features include a concealed kitchen incorporated into the joinery and a private room where the vendors can watch the bidding of their property at Auction.
