Marquis MASCOT

Drawing inspiration from the saw tooth roof warehouses from yesteryear that were prominent in Mascot. Marquis is a playful reinterpretation which captures the transition from an industrial to residential area which reflects modern suburban life.

Architecturally the three adjoining houses are seamless in design with the use of only a select number of materials. Subtle differences in the façade give each terrace its own unique identity,

Void areas and an internal atrium allow natural light to pour into each home. The ground floor features natural oak flooring throughout leading to an open plan layout where floor to ceiling glass doors welcome the outdoor area.

Efficient use of space results in four bedrooms on the first floor, which include balconies and a private terrace. The interiors palette was designed to reflect the minimal design, robust finishes have been selected with efficient living in mind to reflect the busy fringe city lifestyle.
